I write with great pleasure to inform you that AWA SARR (GC#:23221002), is a student of University of Education Gambia, pursuing Adv. Dip. in Edu. Secondary - Regular under the School of Education. As a specialist in GENERAL SCIENCE and HOME SCIENCE, s/he has chosen your school for Teaching Practice (TP). The duration of this exercise shall be only one term, starting from September to December, 2025.

The Teaching practice is an integral component of the Teacher Training Programme of the College because it avails and acquaints trainees with the requisite skills, knowledge and experience in practical teaching and learning. The trainee is supposed to be attached to a mentor. Please accept only trainees with a teaching practice memo from the University of Education Gambia, School of Education. The trainee is automatically under your authority, s/he should abide by all professional ethics in accordance with the Civil Service Rules at all times, and should not leave your school after being observed without permission as it can lead to cancellation of the observation grade.
